Throughout this series, a twelve-year-old boy named
Trent William Henry McCarty was arrested and convicted
of making a terrorist bomb threat crank phone call. The
man, Peter Rogers, who received that crank call testified
in court that the call terrified him and his family. The
judge believed Mr. Rogers’s story and sentenced Trent

William Henry McCarty to serve fifteen months in juve-
nile hall. McCarty soon began to idolize Billy the Kid and

Jesse James.
Three months into Trent’s sentence, he arranged for some
guns to be smuggled into the juvenile hall. Trent and his
two accomplices escaped by killing a guard and a police
officer. Trent William Henry McCarty and his crew made
their way to Peter Rogers’s house, where they killed him
and his family. After one of the accomplices was killed
by Peter in the attack, the two other escapees split up.
Overall, Trent William Henry McCarty went on a crime
spree and associated with other criminals and crooked
cops and politicians.
